Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page...
About 6 months ago my best friend Debbie Ranger came to me and asked if I would help her raise money for the Isabel Hospice as they are a charity very close to her heart.
Deb came up with two suggestions... to run the London Marathon or to do a skydive. As I know how scared Debbie is of flying and of heights, I obviously said we must do a skydive! There are several reasons why I chose this... one to be a little evil (sorry Deb); two I don't/can't run (without collapsing) and three it will help Debbie overcome two of her biggest fears. What an achievement this will be in addition to making her mum so proud and raising lots of money for this amazing charity that is The Isabel Hospice.
I (thank god) have no idea how it must have felt for Deb and her brother Chris when they lost their mum. But what I do know is that they have great admiration for all the nurses and volunteers at the Isabel Hospice who took such amazing care of their mum in her last few days and now they want to give as much back to them as they can. So please dig deep people and help us raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity.
Thank you!! xx
