Hi 👋🏼, I am running the Great North Run again for Kidney Care UK this year. The GNR is a half marathon (13.1 miles) I think I did really well Last year by doing it in 2 hours 50 minutes and would love to smash that this year! 

I am running for kidney care UK as a few years ago my grandad died after suffering with kidney disease. I will be thinking of him when I run from Newcastle to South Shields and through all of my training.
