Story
I’ve set myself a challenge of running/walking 10km a day for 30 days, to help with my fitness and mental health, and in the hope that I can raise money for Back Onside as well.
My mental health has deteriorated over the past few weeks and my aim is to get myself out of the rut before it gets worse, get fitter in the process while the gyms are closed and hopefully raise money and awareness of mental health. 2020 is done, time to focus on 2021!
