Thank you so much for visiting my page! As many of you know I was diagnosed with a Grade 2 Astrocytoma Glioma back in August 2016.

It’s been rocky to say the least but luckily for me I’ve been surrounded by amazing family and friends helping me through the tough times!

Although it’s been growing for 10 years it had a growth spurt back in March this year which led to them wanting it out. The surgery went well and over 80% of it was removed. 

Watch and wait didn’t last too long as unfortunately it decided to start growing again in September. This has led to other fantastic options I’ve been offered and I’m now going through Radiotherapy. 

I didn’t realise Radiotherapy caused hair loss in the targeted place. As mine is in my head, my hair has already started falling out. Because of this I thought I would shave off the rest for this wonderful charity! 

Don’t worry - wraps are on order and I have a wig appointment due so you won’t have to see my bald head for long!
