As most of you know, at Christmas my Dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, what with it being such a vicious and undetectable cancer he sadly passed away in Febuary. I want to raise as much money possible for St Peters Hospice. They are a Bristol based charity that soley rely on the generosity of others for their funding. The Support and after care they give to patients and families is unbelieveable and I just want to give something back to them.

Lisa and I will be taking part in the London Duathlon which consists on a 10k Run,40k Bike, followed by a 5k Run! This will be a real challenge for the both of us. As we have decided to take part fairly late in the game, there will have to be some serious training from now on. It takes place in Richmond Park, London on the 9th September. Any suporters that want to come along and have a laugh are more than welcome!
