Story
I will offer an online donation-based yoga class via Zoom to raise funds for Ukraine. One of the most effective things that we can do to help is to send out money for medical aid.
International Medical Corps' teams are on the ground in Ukraine and in the surrounding region responding to the conflict by expanding access to medical and mental health services for those living in affected communities, and working to help refugees. Your donation today can help more people receive the lifesaving care they deserve.
I invite you to join me for 1-hour gentle meditation and yoga class to balance your physical body, to help you distress and find peace inside, to open up through your heart, and find compassion toward people suffering.
