Story
I am taking part in the Virtual London Marathon 2022 to raise money for Motor Neurones Disease Association. As some of you may know, I was training for London Marathon 2020 but unfortunately sustained an injury to my foot. Since then with the support from my personal doc, I have learnt to conservatively manage my foot and fingers crossed I will now be able to run the distance 🤞🏼
I am running the marathon in honour of Ian Crilly, a mentor and friend who has supported me throughout the most important times of my life and always encouraged me to strive for the best. Ian is always so positive and kind and hearing about his diagnosis was a shock to us all.
I feel privileged I have the opportunity to support MNDA and contribute to funding the research, care and support they provide for people affected by MND.
Any donations are much appreciated - Thanks everyone!
