Everyone knows I'm not the sportiest of gals and if you ever see me running you definitely should start too because something awful must be on its way!

Because of my amazing lack of sporting prowess, I thought the biggest challenge I could set myself was to do something every day for forty days. Why forty days? Because I like alliteration! *facepalm*
