I am part of a team that is running the 2015 Warwickshire Wolf Run to raise money for Cancer Relief UK. The Wolf Run is a unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs. It's a hardcore 10K across raw natural terrain, including open ground, woodland, lakes and thick mud. This is more than just a run, it is a mental and physical challenge - I must be crazy for giving it ago!
