As some of you may be aware my dad recently got diagnosed with Parkinson’s. With Dad turning 60 this year and  completing tough mudder together in recent years, we decided to do it again and raise money for Parkinson’s UK. Any donation is much appreciated and will certainly keep us motivated when training and completing the 10 mile run, mud, ice bath and electroshock therapy!!
