Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have decided to once again run the Manchester 10k on Sunday 28th May 2017!

I've chosen to run for the Royal Manchester Children's hospital and raise money for them, my reason being is that my 3 year old son Luke attends here. He has difficulties speaking. The lady who works with him is brilliant and is determined to find a cause.

Luke, as some of you may know, is very difficult to understand, he can get very frustrated and we have to find ways to help him communicate (we learn to sign). As a 3 year old it's challenging for him in many situations however lately he has become more helpful, caring and we have noticed his language is slightly improving all thanks to the help and support he is receiving.

Please donate if you can.
