Anyone that knew Lachie knows how selfless, strong and caring he was. When Lachie was given his cancer diagnosis in January 2022, he kept this private and managed treatment with very few peoples knowledge of his illness. The team at Borders General Hospital, in particular the MacMillan centre nurses and doctors played a key role in supporting Lachie through this devastating time. As a way of thanking them for their extra time, care, chit chat and welcomed distraction when needed, we would like to raise some money to support the running of the centre and the Borders General Hospital. The difference works hard to make patients of the MacMillan centre and the BGHs time as relaxing, welcoming and happy as possible. We know that this made a difference to Lachie and are so thankful for this.  Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
