Story

As you know this year has been a challenge for all of us in so many different ways  and for so many different reasons and many of us have sadly lost people who were very special to us .

My lovely father in law Freddie died during lockdown and we were unable to visit to say goodbye... so I have decided to run/ walk in his memory and give the money to the Dougie Mac . The Dougie Mac cared for one of the rudest but kindest men I ever had the honour to care for , Mr Tony Swift, whose lovely wife Diana , also sadly died during lockdown ... both are greatly missed .

Life is neither fair nor easy sometimes ... but I have decided to put my energies into trying to make some sense of these challenging times .

So  , please would you consider sponsoring me . I know that the hospice may not be near you and that you may not have been lucky enough to know Freddie but even if it’s a couple of pounds ,every little bit will really help .

Thank you so very much ...  you can’t beat family , friends and being there in good times and bad . Xxxxx
