Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my just giving page. This is my first marathon (or long distance run) so I hope you will all help me make it worth while and support LOOK. LOOK are a small charity that cover the nation providing support for VI young people and their families. They offer mentoring, employability workshops, confidence building events, youth forums, emotional support, self advocacy training and much more. They also held their first accessible family festival in 2019 which was an amazing event and I was very lucky to be a part of that and see first hand the fantastic work LOOK do. 

2021 UPDATE!

Wow! What a year 2020 turned out to be and I still have to run the marathon! I am determined more than ever to raise money for LOOK UK though as they have been amazing throughout the lockdowns and uncertainty and never stopped working to support VI young people and their families. I know they are struggling with funding as the marathon is a huge source of fundraising for them which we all missed out on last year so please please please support me in supporting them.

My training plan for the last 18 months has had so many stop starts, but I am now determined to push through it all and get over the finish line on Sunday October 3rd!
