So guys im doing the Great South Run on 24th October for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice those who know me will know how close this place is to my heart after they looked after my dad, so i want to give them something back. So i would be very grateful if you could sponsor me any amount for doing the run which just to let you know is TEN miles and im not the best of runners... : )
