Ill be running the arf marathon again this year and have chosen the critical care ward of UHNS (university hospital of north staffordshire). 

This ward was the ward that helped to save Ashley Gaynor's life and took good care of ash while he was on his road to recovery, to say thank you to the staff and the hospital for what they did for our friend it only seems right to choose this charity, I thank you for your donations.
