I will be taking part in The Great Birmingham 10km run in memory of my Grandad who sadly passed away last year. He was a proud donator to the British Heart Foundation, a charity that has meant a lot to my family over the years. As my Grandad spent his time doing monthly donations and reading up on BHF's new discoveries in their studies, I wanted to continue his efforts and begin raising money for this amazing charity. That's why I will be running on behalf of the BHF and helping to spread the word of their work.

Every week, 2,000 families in the UK lose a loved one to heart disease. So please help fund their life saving research and help stop heart disease tearing families apart.
