Barley knitting group has been meeting since early 2014, and during 2018 we decided we would like to share our knitted craft with a wider audience than just the regulars at The Chequers pub.

We've done this by yarnbombing all the post boxes in Barley ready for Christmas.

If you've seen the yarnbombing and enjoyed it, we would love it if you could support our chosen charity Helping Herts Homeless (also known as North Herts Sanctuary) this festive season.

Helping Herts Homeless Mission is "Working together with other agencies, we aim to support the provision of emergency accommodation and other support services, to anyone in Hertfordshire who has become homeless or is at risk of homelessness. Our aim, for every client, is that they are assisted and supported towards the means to move onto a secure, settled and fulfilling life."
