On October the 24th, I'm taking part in the 10 mile Bupa Great South Run in Portsmouth, to raise as much awareness and sponsorship money for the MND Association, as just over 5 years ago my Step-Dad John was diagnosed with the disease.

I've decided to take part and raise as much money as possible, so one day we can hopefully find a cure.

I would be ever so grateful for any support given, as it really is a cause I believe very much in and I would love to raise as much as possible, as it really is a charity close to my heart.
