The Chiltern MS Centre is a fantastic set up for people with MS and their carers.... a great cause.

As well as the half ironman, I have a duathlon in June, an olympic Steel Man triathlon in July and the Ride 100 miles Pru ride the week before the Ironman....eeeeeeeek!
