Kingswood is supporting the My Name'5 Doddie foundation and the amazing work they do to support those affected by Motor Neuron Disease. MND is a disease which affects the motor neurons of the nervous system. It is life shortening and mostly progresses rapidly. Doddie Weir was an international rugby player who was capped 61 times for Scotland, represented the British & Irish Lions, and wore the iconic rugby head-strapping. He was diagnosed with MND in 2016, but lost his battle with this cruel disease, passing away last year. He started My Name'5 Doddie foundation to raise much needed funds for MND research.
