Our London to Brighton Bike Ride 2014 page

London to Brighton Bike Ride 2014 · 15 June 2014 ·
After losing Uncle Ian in 2012, Charlie pushed herself to do something she never thought she could do, which was running a half marathon in aid of the British Heart Foundation. Almost as soon as she crossed the finish line, she was challenging the rest of the family to undertake the next adventure. After being inspired by Charlie's performance (and being a little bit scared of her), Kim and Phil agreed to the task.
As a result, we are donning our padded shorts, stocking up on chamois cream, and will be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday 15th June. In addition, as a warm up, we will be tackling the Norwich 100, 2 weeks before.
We've all lost people we love to heart disease, so this is a cause genuinley dear to us all.
Please support us, and make all the saddle soreness worthwhile, and to help us support this very worth cause, help make lives better, and fight for every heartbeat.
Any amount, however small, is truely grateful, and will be used to tackle the fight against heart disease.
Thank you.
Love Kim, Phil & Charlie xxxx
