Both Paul and I are taking part in running events to raise money for the charity 'SANDS' in memory or our son 'Jack Wheeler' born sleeping on the 1st May 2007. Paul completed a 20 mile cross country challenge 'The Grizzly' on the 11th March and I am running the London Marathon on the 22nd April.

Sadly 17 babies are still born or die shortly after birth every day, with the UK having one of the highest rates of still births in the developed world. Sands provides support to bereaved parents and families and is working hard to promote research and improvements in practice to reduce this number and save babies lives. It is difficult to describe the heartache and devastation the loss of a baby causes to a family and we would appreciate any donation given that could help support bereaved parents and aid the research to save babies lives.

We are also running in memory of some of our friends children namely - Ben, Max, Eliana and Elliot x
