I am doign the Great North Run again! I must be mad, but I am raising money for a very good cause which is making all the miles worth while.

I would be extremely greatful of every penny donated which will go to the Woodlands Respite Care Centre to assist in providing care for people with MS. The service they provide is invaluable to the guests who stay there, who come from far and wide. There is plenty on offer alongside the excellent care the staff provide, regular day trips and evening entertainment are arranged.

I am hoping to raise as much money as posible for this great charity and may even consider running in fancy dress depending on the amount raised (not a rhino suit! i think i may melt)
