We have been racking our brains, trying to think of something to do in order to show support to our Dad who was recently  diagnosed with cancer of the tongue, whilst he fights his battle. I mean... what can you do?!

 
So, we've decided that for everyday Day our Dad has treatment, we will run! 

No days off, everyday!

It'll be hard, we wont want to get up and do it, but we also know it's good for us, which is what Dads facing everyday of his treatment.... on a MUCH larger scale.
