As many of you know, our Dad suffered a major stroke in October last year. The Stroke Association has been an important source of support for our family and we are raising money to ensure that the important work they do continues to support other families in need of their help. We are running the Great North Run in September 2011, a half-marathon, and are aiming to complete the run as a family in around 2 hours.
