Story

Well I made it - 145 miles in 39 hrs 53 mins - and completed the Grand Union Canal Race from Birmingham to London on 28/29 May 2011.  It was quite hard and there are a couple of pictures here, or you can see the whole thing compressed to 2 minutes on youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjA8CfR60vQ

Thanks to everyone who sponsored me and supported Claire House Hospice.  If you haven't there is still time to do so!  Thanks also to the organisers, race support crew and participants in GUCR - a very special event.   Results and more info at www.gucr.co.uk.

.Kieran.
