Well just to up date you all I did it and it was a PB for me 1.34 however the stupid event team measured the course wrong and its was slightly short!! approx 200meters. But hey I ran that on the warm up. Anyway I will close this page shortly thanks for your donation. P.s. just did Stroud Half and its was the right length !!

I thought I'd run raise money for charity this time as I'm sure its time for YOU to dig deep!! Crohn's was one of the contributory factor to my brother-in-laws untimely death. I hope you can give just a little to help the research in to this disease.
