On the 4th July 2010, I will be entering the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride to raise much needed money for the Willowbrook Hospice in St Helens.  Willowbrook Hospice is a great charity that does so much for the community and surrounding areas and I would personally appreciate your assistance in helping to raise as much money as possible.

If anyone has any spare energy to give, that would also be appreciated.
