On the 08 & 09/10/2016 I'm competing in the Welsh 3 peaks challenge Race in memory of an ex work mate who recently died of prostate cancer, we were both diagnosed in the same week I was luck he was not so lucky given 5 yr max, but he said he would fight it to take is un born grandson to school. He achieved his goal but lost his fight early this year.
