OK. So I’m going to throw myself out of a plane. I’m very sure why, as scared as I am, its something Ive always wanted to do. More importantly, it’s for a charity that I believe a lot it.

Nearly everyone has known someone who has been touched by mental illness in some way, shape or form. No matter how trivial it can seem, it can be a big deal to the sufferer, and to their families.

1 in 4 people will experience mental or emotional distress at some point in their lives.

Anyway, I’m raising money. Please be kind. I will be forever grateful.
