Well , I have done this once before and I will defo never do this again.  I am knackered!!

As my family, friends and collegues, this is the last time you will have the opportunity to support me doing anything so ridiculous as running 26 miles.

My chosen charity is Chics, a Liverpool based charity that provides support for families of children with cancer.  It is run by people who have children with cancer and is a very worthwhile cause.
