Dylan and I along with 125 others are taking part in the amazing Duathlon which is a 5k run and a 20k bike ride around the Dunecht Estates on 9th June 2018, this is the 2nd amazing event we have taken part of and organised by the amazing Cowie's David, Nicola, Adam & Callum & families. David & Nicola  , who are parents of the inspirational Adam Cowie who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was in Primary 3 and he is now in Primary 6 and he has totally amazed us all getting on just like how a normal kid does.  We are proud to be taking part to raise money to find a cure for T1 Diabetes which will happen one day .
