Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Firday 30th October 2009 at the Cornmarket Hall in Kettering both Kenny Pierce and myself shall be entering the world of boxing all in the name of chairty. With neither of us ever having boxed before it should allow for an entertaining evening. We have each undertaken a gruelling 3 month training programme involving gym work, running, SKIPPING and sparring. It should be noted that NO blood has been spilt at this point and all steps are being taken to ensure that I don't get hurt too much.
The two charities we're boxing for are both close to our hearts. The Lakelands Day Care Hospice provides care and support to those suffering from cancer and after running the Loch Ness Marathon for them in 2008 I thought this might be a slightly easier event, how wrong was I. Our second charity is the Multiple Sclerosis Society which provides support, caring and funds research into the disease.
