Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am Running the Great North Run for Hospice at Home in memory of my Dad who died from Bone Marrow Cancer.  My Dad was not fortunate enough to receive care at home, the cancer was too far gone once diagnosed.  As much as St Andrews Hospice were amazing with my Dad, it obviously wasn't the same as being in his own home.

If it ever happens to one of us, I would want us to be able to be in the comforts of our own home.  It would make it so much more comfortable for both the one receiving end of life care and also for the family and friends visiting.

Please help me raise money to help these wonderful carers as we just don't know when it may be our time xx
