For those that know me this is a challenge of a lifetime and well out of my comfort zone.

I am a married mum of three beautiful children, I took on my fitness journey 7 months ago, having started with zero fitness to now I have lost 3 stone in weight, and I am the fittest I have ever been I my life.

I have battled many things in my life and I wanted to do something that would make a difference in the lives of others

The opportunity came up to take on the challenge of the white collar event.

With the backing of my family, Friends and my amazing PT, I decided to go for it............. OMG

I am doing this in memory of a friend who sadly lost her battle to this disease at the age of 50, she always told me never to give up on anything you put your mind too!

She inspired me so much through this difficult time and showed so much courage and strength.

The nurses at Marie Curie were exceptional and selfless, the work they do really does make a difference to the care and support of all involved in their battle with Cancer.
