I’m running this years Great North Run on September 11th. I was very lucky to again get a ballot place, so have decided to try and raise a few pennies for a lovely charity along the way! 

(I’m also secretly hoping that this will provide me with some motivation to train to run the 13.1 miles!! 😬🤞🏻)

4Louis is a UK charity that works across the country to support anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and the death of a baby or child. They also work to improve the care bereaved families receive from health care and other professionals.

Having recently been involved in the care of families experiencing the above, i have decided to raise money to help 4louis provide more of their incredible cuddle cots, memory boxes, and resources to support families, and staff when caring for those experiencing loss. 

Each memory box parents receive costs £30-if I can raise enough for just 5 of these, I’d be extremely happy!
