At the beginning of this year a very close friend of ours was diagnosed with cancer, theres been ups and downs for us all and we decided on doing this run to give something back and to let her know we are always thinking of her and her family.

She has Macmillan nurses that are visiting her and for their help and support we wanted to raise some money for them.

The run takes place on the 7th August at Rother Valley Country Park so if you can please come and support us by cheering us on at the the starting line and have us a pint ready at the finish!
