A group of us from work are  joining forces to raise money for Cancer Research by entering the Race for Life 5K Pretty Muddy Bristol on Saturday 5th July at 15.30pm.

Anyone who knows me, will know I'm absolutely rubbish at running! I've been putting in some training and will do my best to run (or jog!!) the 5k and have fun getting muddy along the way!

Cancer has recently touched two members of our family so this is a charity very close to my heart and any amount big or small would be very much appreciated to help beat cancer.
