CAYP, is a bereavement support group for Children, Adults and Young People.

 As a charity we rely on donations to continue. 

We offer a unique service for bereaved people of all ages, helping them to work through their grief in a safe and friendly group environment.

Individual support sessions and telephone support are also available by arrangement.

I am a staff nurse at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. I am a link nurse with the bereavement team, supporting CAYP and tissue donation.

I have lost family members and know the feelings/emotions and sadness that comes following a bereavement and how important the right support makes a difference. Also supporting bereaved relatives in my work can offer some support and guide them to support at a later date.

Last year me and my family did a sponsered walk to raise funds for CAYP and now want to raise more and have gone bigger!! I would realy love it if you could attend and help support this fabulous team and support many o
