If you think 100km on a bike sounds like a good day out, then you should sign up for the challenge and raise some money. Or you could make it even harder like this team has and attempt to do it on a very heavy 3 gear bike.

The bike comes equiped with a basket, so there is plenty of room to carry food and drink. I just need to make sure I get the thing around the route, which will be much easier if I know I am raising plenty of money for a good cause.
