Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Some of you may already know that I am running the Belfast Marathon on May 7th 2012 and I have decided it would be fitting to dedicate this run in memory of Flo, the beautiful daughter of some close friends.
Our friends were supported by a charity called Sands which provided a huge amount of help both emotionally and practically whilst they were going through a very sad time.
I have decided to try and raise money for Sands, the stillbirth & neonatal death charity. Sands supports anyone affected by the death of a baby, works in partnership with health professionals to try to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care and funds research that could help to reduce the numbers of babies dying and families.
I know that times are tough (but so is running 26 miles!) so please dig deep and support Sands if you can.
