Hi I am Keiras Mum, in Aug 2008 Keira was diagnosed with having Nephrotic Syndrome, we had never heard of this before that day.  The moment I got home, after a weeks stay in hospital, I was online trying to find everything I could about this Kidney condition, I came across the Nephrotic Syndrome Trust and they gave me a lot of info about it.

 

Keira is now 5 and although she is doing really well she still has to take Prednisolone every other day, we are hoping that Keira will be able to stop all medication later this year. 

 

I hope that by making this page we can raise lots of money for NeST and someday that money can go towards finding a cure for this horrible Kidney condition.
