Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our beloved Mum passed away on May 8th in the home she'd lived in for just over 50 years. When Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer, in March, we knew she wanted to spend her final weeks in her own home. The Hospice at Home team along with the doctor, district nurses and day carers made this a possibility. We couldn't have wished for better care for Mum, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to ensure Mum was comfortable and pain free. All the staff were so kind and caring.

My daughter, Thea, and I wanted to do the Moonlight Walk in memory of Grandma/Mum as a way of raising funds to say thank you for all the kindness and care Mum and the whole family received through a sad and difficult time.

We are grateful for any amount you are able to donate as sponsorship.

Please forward this to others to enable us to raise as much as possible.

Thank you so much for your kind support  x x x x
