As a survivor myself I want to raise awareness of Mental Health and Suicide with the help of Grassroots Suicide prevention. The Half Marathon is another challenge I want to face in the hope that it will raise money for the charity. The money raised will be used to train more people in suicide alertness and intervention skills to community members and professionals. Together we can make our communities safer from suicide.
