Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On Sunday 11th September, I will be running the Cardiff 10K in aid of Antenatal Results and Choices, the only national charity to help parents and healthcare professionals through antenatal screening and its consequences.

Earlier in the year, our friends Jen and Summers Higgins went to the 20 week scan for their baby boy, Rufus, and were given the devastating news that he had spina bifida. ARC were a great support to them in the days and weeks that followed as they seeked the opinions of several experts in the area and then made the difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy. Despite running a few 10K races and a half marathon before Ben was born,
 I've not really run for the past 3 years so am pulling out all the
stops in the next 6 weeks just to make sure I get around the course!
