Story
Hatti was an incredible person who loved life and brought fun to the lives of all who were lucky enough to know her. Nobody who met her would ever forget her - her dimples lit up the room ;) In 2015 her life was cut tragically short when she died from spindle cell sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. Always one to see the silver lining in every situation, throughout her treatment she campaigned about the importance of blood donation and encouraged so many people to become regular donors via her #igavebloodhats
Keen to find a way to bring comfort and hope to Hatti, her friends rallied round to support her and raised money for her to receive complementary treatments and practical support such as a stair lift. The charity, set-up and managed by her wonderful friends and family, carries on this work in Hatti's memory, supporting other young people with cancer.
