Story

I ran the 2014 London Marathon, and it was one of the hardest things i've ever done! It took me 6 hours 32 minutes and 33 seconds to complete the 26.2 mile course, and I very almost pulled out at mile 22 due to injury. But thinking of all the money everyone has sponsored made me limp the rest of the way. That and the fantastic crowd, without whom i'm sure many people wouldn't finish!

When my little sister Mickie died from an Epileptic fit in 2002, we were absolutely devastated, and had no idea that this was something that could potentially happen.

Mickie died from SUDEP (Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy) which claims the lives of up to 1000 people in the UK each year.

I would like to raise £1500 for Epilepsy Research UK so that they can try to find a cure, to try and stop this from happening to anyone else.

I'm not a natural runner, so this is a really tough challenge for me!
