Team Forget me Not

- ’s mother, Lucy, grandmother, and 's aunt and 's mother in law.  Wyn had vascular dementia for over 6 years and on the 14th May 2010 passed away peacefully in her sleep.  Over the last 18 months Wyn was taken care of at a marvelous senior residence called  of Sonning.  Daniella and  were two of Wyn’s carers and became very close to her and her family.   and , also from , are showing amazing support for the cause, both in fund raising and increasing awareness.

Two of ’s grandparents are in the early stages of dementia, and she and are taking part to show their support.

Dementia is a term used to describe various different brain disorders that have in common a loss of brain function that is usually progressive and eventually severe.
