As you may be aware through my healthy diet and strict regime of no alcohol……… I am running the London marathon this year!

On what is looking to be another grey, cold day in London.....I will be motivated by my chosen charity - Ty Olwen Trust, which is a specialist Palliative Care Unit focused on supporting patients suffering from cancer and other life limiting diseases. My uncle Sam spent his last few weeks at the hospice last November and the care and support received was excellent. Ty Olwen helps make difficult times for patients and their families that little bit easier to face and also devotes time and energy to research the causes and treatment of cancer

I will be running with my sister in memory of our amazing Gramps who passed away a year ago. Please do also feel free to come along and support/have a laugh us -  if he was here he would certainly be putting a wager on whether we could actually complete it!
